With the PRENSO potato, juice and spaetzle press by Gefu, in a sturdy stainless steel version with three interchangeable perforated discs, you can transform potatoes, fruit and vegetables into wonderful puree. You can also use the differently perforated disc to make spaetzle, as if scraped yourself.
