The high-quality GRAEF bread knife with long serrated blade was specially developed for cutting bread and is therefore the ideal complement to GRAEF's MYestro stand mixer or the BA706 bread maker from the GRAEF baking world. The high-quality serrated edge makes it possible to cut through even hard bread crusts without much effort and without crushing or tearing the soft inside of the bread. Of course, our bread knife can also be used to cut other foods with a hard crust or shell, such as rolls, bagels or melons. Softer foods can also be effortlessly sliced into even slices with the high quality, bread knife from GRAEF and its fine real wood walnut handle.

The knives are Solingen originals - hand-ground and blue-pleated. Thanks to their excellent blade quality, GRAEF kitchen knives ensure maximum sharpness and corrosion resistance in every kitchen.
