The traditional Solingen factory GÜDE has looked the chefs on the finger and "reinvented" the chef's knife with "The Knife".
The innovative design allows the hobby chef "The Knife" to automatically grab you like a professional chef. Thumb and forefinger form a U and surely cover the blade. The middle finger is conveniently "parked" in the finely machined bulge at the end of the blade.
