New: The handmade Culinaris dumpling press for preparing original Thuringian dumplings - Made in Germany. The grated potato mixture is put into the supplied Pressack and strongly expressed in the press. This is the basis for Thuringian dumplings!
The body is made of stainless steel 18/10, the stem cast, stamp out 3 layers of wood that are glued to each other! An absolute rarity! Also suitable as a direct juicer. We recommend the use of the original Thuringian dumpling potato masher for pounding / crushing the potatoes. The small version is sufficient for a 4-person household.
