Delivery and Payment
Culinaris Kitchen Accessories endeavours to dispatch ordered goods as quickly as possible. Should any items be out of stock, causing a delay in delivery, we will notify you immediately. Orders are collected by our shipping partner DHL on weekdays at around 2.00 pm and on Saturdays at around 11.00 am. Shipping costs depend on the total value of your basket, the chosen payment method and the delivery address provided. If your order needs to be split into several parcels due to weight restrictions, additional shipping costs may apply. The available shipping options and associated costs will be displayed once you have entered your address during the ordering process.
Delivery times
The standard delivery time is 2–4 working days within Germany.
For some special products, delivery times may be extended due to additional services. You can enquire about the exact delivery times for these products at lager@culinaris.eu.
The delivery times stated apply to shipments within Germany. Information on deliveries to other countries can be found at the following link.
If you order several items in a single order that have different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment (unless otherwise agreed). In this case, the delivery time applicable to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to your entire order.
The delivery period begins on the day after receipt of payment for prepayment orders, and on the day after the contract is concluded for other payment methods. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Delivery within Germany
Shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders over €30.00. For orders up to €30.00, standard delivery costs €5.99 per parcel. There is no minimum order value. Parcel delivery is handled by DHL, the shipping partner of Deutsche Post. Delivery to Packstations is also available on request.
Express delivery is available within Germany. For orders over €50.00, you pay €35.00 for express delivery. For orders up to €49.99, you pay €25.00. Your ordered products will reach you within 48 hours on working days. Should this service not be possible, you will be refunded the difference compared to standard delivery. Please note that this service is exclusively reserved for credit card and PayPal customers.
Please ensure that you have selected ‘EU country’ as your tax territory if your billing address is in Germany.
In-store collection: Free delivery & flexible! Choose your desired products from the comfort of your own home and have them delivered free of charge to one of our stores. Take advantage of our stores’ opening hours and benefit from the expert advice of our staff. We are happy to assist you in any way we can. Goods will only be delivered to our stores once payment has been received. Please provide your telephone number during the ordering process so that we can notify you when the goods arrive at the branch. When ordering from outside Germany and selecting the ‘Collect from branch’ option, please enter the address of your chosen branch as the delivery address. Delivery within Germany:For items such as small parts and spare parts(excluding fragile goods), we offer delivery by standard letter post within Germany for €3.99. Please note the permitted product dimensions for all ordered items: max. L 35 x W 25 x H 2 cm, a weight of 500 grams and a maximum goods value of €20. If these specifications are exceeded, additional charges for parcel postage will apply.

Express delivery to the United States of America. Your ordered products will reach you within 5–7 working days. Express delivery is available for parcels up to 10 kg. Please note that Saturday deliveries and collections are not available with express delivery. Please note the permitted product dimensions for all ordered items: max. L 35.3 x W 25 x H 10 cm, a weight of 1000 grams and a maximum product value of €25. Should these specifications be exceeded, an additional charge for postage will be applied for the parcel delivery.
Letter post outside Germany is only available to the countries listed here. Delivery outside Europe (Australia, Asia, America) may take 2–5 weeks.
Delivery to Switzerland: For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. You can find all the information at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep are then handled by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, with customs cleared and at a reasonable price.
