The ZWILLING roasting pot with a diameter of 28 cm and a capacity of 8.5 l is ideal for large families and people who like to invite guests. You can use it for roasting, braising and steaming and conjure up delicious dishes such as goulash or a vegetarian vegetable stew. Thanks to its precisely fitting and tightly fitting lid, you only need to add a little water.
The roasting pan is part of the TWIN® Classic series by ZWILLING and is therefore equipped with a SIGMA Classic base. This consists of two layers of stainless steel that enclose an aluminum core. Aluminum quickly distributes the heat to the edge, so that the entire pot content is cooked evenly. Thanks to the optimal heat distribution, you can reduce the temperature of the hotplate at an early stage and thus save energy. The roasting pan is also suitable for induction hot plates. You do not need potholders for the roasting pan because its ergonomically shaped stainless steel handles always remain pleasantly cool.
