Preparing the sourdough starter:
Mix flour and water in equal parts (about 60 g each) and place in a suitable container. Repeat this process once a day for 3 days. Once the dough has risen and reached the desired height in the container, it can be used for baking.
Preparing and baking the bread:
Place the sourdough starter in a bowl with water and mix well. Then gradually add flour until a smooth dough consistency is achieved. Sprinkle some salt over the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Then fold the dough three more times at intervals of 30 minutes.
Afterwards, the bread can be baked.
After baking, let the bread cool completely and enjoy with your desired accompaniments.
Baking time: 20 minutes at 230 °C with lid, then another 30 minutes at 210 °C without lid.
