Dough and filling:
Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into eight equal pieces. 
Place a small amount of tomato sauce, grated cheese and two slices of salami in the center of each piece. 
Then fold the edges toward the middle and shape into balls so that the filling is completely enclosed.
Shape the pumpkins:
Carefully wrap each dough ball crosswise with oven-safe string to create eight even segments. 
Make sure not to tie the string too tightly so the dough can rise properly while baking and form the typical pumpkin shape.
Bake and decorate:
Place the shaped dough balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. 
After baking, carefully remove the string. 
For the pumpkin stem, use a pretzel stick or a basil leaf.
Baking time: 15–20 minutes at 200 °C (top/bottom heat)
Preparation time: approx. 40 minutes (including baking time)
