Prepare the Dough:
Whisk the eggs with the white and brown sugar in a large bowl until frothy. Add the salt and vanilla extract and mix well. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg and sugar mixture and stir thoroughly. Sift the flour and cocoa powder separately and add them to the mixture. Mix everything until smooth. Fold in the chocolate drops, reserving a small portion for decoration.
Bake:
Pour the batter into a heart-shaped baking tin lined with parchment paper. Decorate with the remaining chocolate drops and decorations of your choice (such as sprinkles, sugar pearls, or hearts). Bake the brownie in a preheated oven at 160 °C (320 °F) top/bottom heat for about 50–60 minutes.
Finish:
Once cooled, carefully remove the cake from the tin and peel off the parchment paper. Decorate again if desired, then gently cut into pieces while keeping the heart shape intact.
