Prepare the chocolate:
Place four bars of white chocolate next to each other on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 80 °C and allow the chocolate to melt gently for 5-8 minutes until soft but not browned.
Create the pattern:
Meanwhile, melt the ruby chocolate separately and drizzle it over the white chocolate. Using the handle of a small spoon or a wooden skewer, gently swirl through the chocolate to create a marbled pattern. Do not fully mix.
Add toppings:
Sprinkle your desired toppings over the still-soft chocolate, such as sprinkles, dried fruits, pretzels or sugar pearls.
Chill and serve:
Place the baking tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour until the chocolate is completely set. Then break it into pieces as desired and arrange nicely with a little decoration. Happy Valentine’s Day 💗🍫
