The oval proofing basket from Westmark is used for resting and rising bread doughs and is ideal for all types of bread dough - such as mixed rye or sourdough. It consists of 100% natural rattan, an odorless natural material, and offers optimal fermentation conditions for homemade bread with a typical baking pattern. The balanced rest conditions ensure perfect baking results. A clear advantage of the basket is its non-exposed brackets. This fact ensures more security when enjoying the home-made bread. Moist or sticky dough pieces can be easily released and tumbled by fine flouring beforehand. The easy cleaning can be done by brushing or tapping the excess flour. It can also be used ideally as a bread basket. It is not suitable for detergents, dishwashers or ovens.
