Cook the pasta: 
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and press the garlic. Stir the Greek yogurt together with the pressed garlic, a pinch of salt, and pepper until smooth, then set aside.
Sear the ground beef:
Sear the ground beef in a hot pan without oil. Once it starts to brown, add the onion along with the spices ( tsp paprika powder, curry powder, salt, and pepper) and sauté everything well.
Make the paprika butter: 
In a small separate pan, melt the butter. Stir in 1 tsp of paprika powder and let it foam briefly. Be careful not to burn the paprika powder.
To serve:
Arrange the pasta on plates, first spreading the yoghurt sauce and then the meat on top. Drizzle the paprika butter over the top in fine lines and garnish with halved tomatoes and chopped parsley.
