Preparation & baking:
Spread the asparagus evenly on a baking tray. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle over the sesame seeds, chili flakes, chopped garlic, a little lemon zest, salt and pepper. Toss everything gently so the asparagus is well coated in the seasoning. Bake in a preheated oven until tender and slightly golden.
To serve:
While the asparagus is baking, mix the lemon juice, honey and the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a small bowl. Place the burrata on a plate, gently tear it open and spread it slightly. Arrange the roasted asparagus on top and generously drizzle with the lemon-olive oil mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy.
