Prepare the Matcha:
Sift the matcha powder into a bowl. Pour in hot (but not boiling) water and whisk using a bamboo whisk or milk frother until smooth and slightly frothy.
Prepare the Glass:
Fill a glass with as many ice cubes as you like and pour in oat milk until the glass is about two-thirds full. You can adjust the amount depending on how strong you want the matcha flavor to be.
Pour the Matcha:
Slowly pour the frothed matcha over the oat milk so that the layers remain separated. Depending on your preference, you can enjoy it as a layered drink or gently stir before drinking.
