Preparation:
In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, water, and pudding powder until smooth. Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about one hour. Meanwhile, slice the bananas and whip the cream until stiff. Once the pudding mixture is well chilled, gently fold in the whipped cream.
Layering:
In a large glass dish or individual dessert glasses, layer the pudding cream, banana slices, and cookies in that order, repeating the layers until the dish is full. Ideally, finish with a layer of pudding on top. To decorate, you can add a few banana slices or cookie pieces on top as desired.
Chilling & Serving:
Cover the dessert and let it chill in the fridge overnight so the flavors can fully develop. The next day, serve it well chilled.
Preperation time: approx. 20 minutes + chilling time (at least 4 hours,ideally overnight)
