The blades of the Culinaris Chef Knife Series are made from German blade steel 1.4116 and are known for their V-edge grind, excellent edge retention, corrosion resistance, and superb resharpenability. With a hardness of 56–58 HRC on the Rockwell scale, they are perfectly suited for daily use. The ergonomic handles made of black resin (Black G10) with triple rivets ensure both safety and style.
