Whether lamb leg, braised meat, knuckle of pork or Sauerbraten - with the roast and Marinadenspritze meat dishes can be excellently refined, because with its pipette function the roast and Marinadenspritze takes up liquids perfectly. The applied scale of 10 to 40 ml or ¼ to ½ oz allows precise dosing.
