This new Opinel gourmet knife is versatile, ideal for lovers of natural and homemade products. For cutting and peeling chestnuts, peeling garlic or pitting fruit. The knife, made in France, has a 4 cm short blade made of stainless steel Sandvik 12C27M, which, as is usual with Opinel, can be fixed with the Virobloc safety ring. The handle of this model is made of French chestnut wood to match the intended use.
