This knife was specially developed by Opinel for the collection and preparation of mushrooms. Mushrooms can be easily skinned with the fine, curved Sandvik stainless steel blade with a serrated back. At the end of the handle made of natural-colored, lacquered beech wood there is a brush made of boar bristles, with the help of which you can easily brush off the remains of the earth from the mushrooms. The Opinel mushroom knife comes with a brown leatherette/felt case in a decorative wooden box.
