de Buyer - Stainless steel baking tray - Oblique edges height 1 cm - Stainless steel baking tray with Oblique edges used for storing food, for handling and cold work (refrigerating, deep-freezing, blast-freezing). Ideal for the elegant presentation of dishes and pastries thanks to its high-end mirror polish. It can also be used for certain non-delicate baking.
To be used with a silicone mat or baking paper for cold forming (easier mould release) and cooking. It can provide support for de Buyer metal moulds, rings and frames.
- Excellent cooking results: the dough does not soften, golden and crusty pastries.
- Extremely robust tray: remains perfectly flat.
Tip: to be combined with a mat or baking paper, grease well before use. Do not use to work with cold ingredients.
