Prepare the matcha:
Sift the matcha powder through a fine sieve into a bowl. Add the cold water and whisk vigorously with a matcha whisk until the powder has completely dissolved and a lightly frothy matcha mixture forms.
Mix the drink:
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in the prepared matcha and add some agave syrup to taste. Then add the milk and stir everything well.
Add the topping:
Finally, carefully spoon the banana pudding onto the matcha latte to create a creamy topping.
Enjoy:
Serve with a spoon and a straw and enjoy immediately. 🍌🍵
