Roasting the kadayif:
Finely chop the kadayif. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and toast the kadayif in it until golden brown and crispy. Then let it cool slightly.
Melting the chocolate:
Melt the dark and white chocolate separately over a water bath until both are smooth.
Preparing the mold:
First, use a spoon to spread the white chocolate on the bottom of the silicone mold to create a light marbled pattern. Then add the dark chocolate, fully coating the base and sides of the mold. Place in the freezer for about 1 hour until the chocolate is set.
Preparing the filling:
Mix the roasted kadayif with the pistachio cream and tahini until a uniform mixture forms.
Filling the chocolate:
Remove the hardened chocolate shell from the freezer and evenly spread the kadayif–pistachio mixture inside.
Finishing:
Cover the filling completely with the remaining dark chocolate and smooth it out. Then place it in the freezer for 2–3 hours until fully set.
Serving:
Carefully remove the chocolate from the silicone mold and cut into pieces. Enjoy the crunch! ✨🍫
