Prepare the filling:
Wash the strawberries, remove the green tops and cut into small pieces. Mix well with the skyr in a bowl. Use a spoon to place 5–6 small clusters on a board or plate lined with baking paper. Place in the freezer for about 3 hours until the mounds are completely frozen.
Melt chocolate:
Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and melt slowly in a bain-marie. Add the matcha powder to the chocolate through a fine sieve and stir well until you have a smooth, evenly green mixture.
Coating clusters:
Remove the frozen strawberry and skyr clusters from the freezer and use a fork to coat them completely with the matcha chocolate. Place on baking paper. Sprinkle with small pieces of strawberry as desired while the chocolate is still soft.
Let it set:
Leave the chocolates in the refrigerator or at room temperature until the chocolate has completely become hard.🍓🍵✨
Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes + freezing time
