In order for this to succeed, the high-quality and specially perforated carbon steel ensures optimal heat distribution during baking and the fine perforation allows excess moisture to escape. With the approx. 5 cm indentations, the dough does not spread while rising, so you get the typical flat, curved burger buns. Thanks to the first-class branded non-stick coating, the mini buns can then be easily removed from the mold. Slightly cooled, they can then be topped as desired.
