The pan body is made of 90% recycled post-consumer stainless steel, an indestructible material that is resistant to high temperatures, to scratching from metal utensils and cleaning with steel scourers. The sturdy sandwich base distributes heat evenly, and reacts quickly to temperature changes, regardless of whether you’re sautéing on low heat or frying at high intensity.
The design pays tribute to the iconic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio originals from 1977, renowned for their cold handles, practical pouring lip, stackability, and full compatibility with lids and other accessories in the Eva Trio line. The pan is compatible with all heat sources and is dishwasher-safe.
