For caramelizing, browning, gratinating and encrusting. Do it like the pros: cover your crèmes or cakes with a crispy layer of caramel. With the hot, size-adjustable flame, the sprinkled sugar can be caramelized quickly and precisely, while the cream underneath stays cool. For safety, the burner is equipped with a child lock (silver pin must be pulled to ignite the flame). The burner is delivered unfilled. Commercial butane gas, as used in lighters, is used for filling.
