The curved blade of this Opinel Vegetable Knife No. 114 fits perfectly to the material to be cut. A fine groove on the back of the blade allows for gentle cleaning of vegetables. Light green colored beech wood is used for the handle, and the blade is made of 12C27 Sandvik stainless steel. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
