This oval bread casserole is made of enamelled cast iron and ensures even, bakery-quality results in your home.
The domed lid retains steam to create a golden-brown crust, while the matte black enamel and raised ridges create a defined texture along with our iconic three-ring design.

The black enamel has been specially developed for searing at high surface temperatures, allowing for optimal browning results. Since cast iron retains heat so well, frying and cooking can be done at medium heat levels. For all cast iron products with a black enamel interior, we recommend “seasoning” the product beforehand so its beneficial properties can fully develop.
