Dough sheet
Otello's 7-position regulator makes it possible to create dough sheets of different thicknesses, suitable for numerous pasta formats. Compared to Atlas 150, the regulator positions correspond to the thicknesses indicated in the table below.
Pasta formats
With Otello you can quickly create lasagna with a maximum width of 150 mm, 6.5 mm wide fettuccine and 1.5 mm wide tagliolini.
The structure of Otello is made of anodized aluminum, the champagne color is obtained through an anodic oxidation process: to leave no residue on the dough. The bases and the knobs of the handle are made of solid wengè wood. This gives a vintage look without sacrificing the stability and solidity typical of Marcato products.
