u‘Select is a patented system for adjusting the grind setting. It allows for precise adjustment to the desired grain size.
The salt grinder is designed for grinding coarse, dry sea salt. As it is made of stainless steel, it is not affected by corrosion caused by salt. Ideally, the salt grains should be dry and should not exceed a diameter of 4 mm.
