Instructions for use:
Rinse with hot water before first use. Before baking, spray the baking tin with Städter Baking Release Spray or grease lightly and sprinkle with flour if necessary. Do not use sharp materials or metal utensils to remove the baked goods.
PLEASE NOTE: The tin must be baked in, i.e. during the first three baking processes, the dough should be floured well before it is placed in the tin.
Cleaning:
Clean the baking tin with hot water, a little washing-up liquid and a cloth. Do not use scouring or cleaning sponges or abrasive cleaners. Do not clean in the dishwasher. Dry well after cleaning.
