The ceramic grinder is Made in Germany. It is fired at 1,700° C, is resistant to corrosion and wear, and is harder than steel. Black or white pepper is ground with precision – in six settings, from ultra-fine (1) to coarsely crushed (6). You set the grind using the scale at the base of the mill; intermediate settings are also possible. Your setting remains perfectly intact, even when refilling the mill. The grinder is suitable for pepper, salt, spices, and dried herbs.
