The ZWILLING ENFINIGY filter coffee maker contains the result of our years of know-how in steel processing: the high-quality high-temperature boiler. On the one hand, it ensures a constant brewing temperature of 92 to 96°C for optimal preparation and a full-bodied coffee aroma. On the other hand, the stainless steel inner part is highly corrosion-resistant and therefore particularly durable.
For an even more aromatic coffee, the coffee maker, which fits size 4 coffee filters, has a blooming function. This was inspired by preparation with the hand filter and initially prebrews the coffee powder with only a little water. This gives the coffee a pleasantly soft mouthfeel. The coffee maker also features a removable aroma funnel, which ensures that the brewed coffee is well blended in the carafe. This prevents bitter sediment from forming. The separate heating plate keeps your coffee warm for up to 40 minutes with its keep-warm function. That's especially handy when you're making a little more coffee. The extra-large water tank of the coffee maker offers 1.5 liters of capacity. With the timer function, you can program the machine's start time - for example, to wake up in the morning to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee.
