A slotted spoon is the perfect kitchen helper when you want to skim off excess fat or cornstarch. The slotted spoon from the Pro series by ZWILLING is made of high-quality, rust-free stainless steel and was developed by the designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez. When designing the handle, emphasis was placed not only on the appearance, but above all on ergonomics and functionality.

The skimmer sits particularly comfortably in the hand and can be attached to a wide variety of hooks thanks to the large eyelet on the handle. The slotted spoon is flat so that you can easily remove the contents of the pot close to the floor. And through the large openings, the liquid can drain off particularly easily. As soon as the cooking utensils are no longer used, they go into the dishwasher to then shine on the kitchen bar as a design highlight.
