Form follows function. The designer duo Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez acted according to this guiding principle of product design and designed a bread knife for the ZWILLING Pro series. It impresses with its optimally balanced shape and a rustproof, 20 cm long blade made from a high-quality ZWILLING special melt. It enables the safe and precise cutting of hard bread crusts, rolls or bagels. The sturdy knife, forged from a single piece of high-performance steel, cuts pumpkins or melons, for example, just as easily.
 
Handling when cutting is particularly safe thanks to the ergonomically shaped plastic handle. The wedge-shaped shape of the knife, a symbiosis of Japanese and European knife culture, offers good stability when cutting. The long FRIODUR blade is made of high-quality ZWILLING special melt, a special stainless steel that has been refined with a special ice hardening process. The ABS plastic handles ensure increased safety when cutting. They are provided with three rivets and thus underline the elegant design of the knife.
