Zwilling - knife sharpener TWINSHARP
The TWINSHARP knife sharpener by Zwilling helps with regular use to keep the blade sharp at all times. To sharpen, the blade is simply inserted directly in front of the handle and pulled through to the tip with pressure. The TWINSHARP is equipped with two modules for this: In the first slot there are stainless steel discs for the basic grinding, which gently remove slight damage to the blade. The blade can then be pulled through the second module: the ceramic discs ensure the fine grinding and can prevent blunt blades with regular use, even without the first module. Thanks to the preset angle, the ZWILLING knife sharpener is the ideal tool for professionals as well as beginners who are not yet ready for a sharpening steel or stone.
