Red pepper flakes, coarse sea salt, cane sugar, celery seed, onion granules, garlic granules, chilli, black pepper
Directions for use
- Grind the whole packet. Use e.g. a mortar.
- Usage: As a marinade - take the grinded spice blend and mix it with liquid (e.g. oil). Marinade fish, meat or vegetables at least 12 hrs.
As spice - season the grinded spice blend to taste any kind of sauce or gravy.
