PiepEi is the egg timer to cook with! Breakfast eggs can't be cooked any easier or more precisely. Because PiepEi, the [k]ultimate egg timer, knows the temperature at which the yolk coagulates. Simply boil the eggs together and PiepEi will play a powerful melody when the desired firmness is reached inside the egg.

PiepEi plays three different melodies for different degrees of hardness:

• In Holland Staat En Huis - for soft-boiled eggs
• Twee Emmert Jes Water Halen - for medium-boiled eggs
• Wilhelmus - for hard-boiled eggs

How does a PiepEgg work?

No matter where you are in the mood for a breakfast egg, PiepEi® works everywhere. Be it in the high mountains - here water boils already below 100 degrees Celsius, which prolongs the boiling process - or in a submarine - here water boils only above 100 degrees Celsius. This makes PiepEi® not only more entertaining, but also more precise and reliable than any other egg timer.
The battery of PiepEi® has a life span of at least two years. It is not possible to replace it due to food law reasons. Now you have to part with your kitchen help with a heavy heart. PiepEi® is buried like a normal battery via the take-back system.
 

Brainstream

Brainstream is a German manufacturer for "gifts with fun & function". The products of the creative company from East Westphalia are funny, have a high T[egg] function - so they can really do something - and are thus perfect for gift giving.

It all began in the spring of 2000, when electrical engineer and entrepreneur Dr. Rupprecht Gabriel was fed up with his more poorly cooked breakfast eggs.
"Sometimes they were too hard, sometimes too soft, but never the way I wanted them". He wanted to save himself this morning frustration. The founder and managing director of Brainstream GmbH wanted to develop a product that would do the work for him.

The result was PiepEi® - the egg timer to cook with - the first product of Brainstream GmbH. With a creative team from a variety of backgrounds, Gabriel launched the venture.
No big generic assortment, but original gifts with fun and function, that is the goal of the team. Fun and functional, that's the niche. No pure utility items, but no gadgets either.

Made in Germany
The family-run company stands for "Made in Germany", because the production takes place in Germany, more precisely in Bielefeld. Components are sourced from suppliers in the region, thus focusing on quality and flexibility. Extremely short delivery times are guaranteed.
