The EK501 electric knife from GRAEF goes through even frozen food like butter. Whether it's bread or roasts, pineapples, melons or even frozen pies - everything becomes as soft as butter in front of the EK501 electric knife. With two interchangeable knife sets, the EK501 effortlessly cuts everything in front of the stainless steel blade into even slices. So the roast is still warm when it is served and frozen food thaws faster. The appliance shines with its timeless design and the combination of a chic exterior and a strong interior that is typical of GRAEF products. Despite its powerful 150 W output, the appliance's motor works quietly and with low vibration. It drives two different pairs of blades: one with a professional serrated edge for all occasions and one especially for frozen food. The blades can be changed safely with the help of a conveniently located release button and a special finger guard. Handling the EK501 is also as uncomplicated as it is safe. The blade pairs only move as long as you keep the safety button integrated in the handle pressed. Another ingenious detail: After cutting, you can put the electric knife upright so that the work surface remains clean. The blades themselves are also easy to clean because they are dishwasher-safe.
