Instructions for use - Poterie

Please read the instructions for use carefully before using your Le Creuset Poterie product for the first time. You will find valuable tips and information on how to care for your product and assistance in achieving optimum baking and cooking results.

Le Creuset Poterie is made of ovenproof stoneware:

• Easy to clean thanks to specially glazed surface
• Ergonomic handles for a secure grip
• Thermoresistant from 260° C to -18° C
• Dishwasher safe
• Scratch and cut resistant
• Odourless and tasteless
• Suitable for oven, grill and microwave
• Wide range of colours to brighten up any home

Instructions for use

• Not for use on hobs, hot plates or other direct heat sources.
• Remove all silicone rings from the product before using in the oven, microwave or grill.
• Always leave a space of at least 6.5 cm between the edge of the mould and the heating element under the grill.
• Use oven mitts as stoneware products coming directly from the oven, microwave and grill are hot.
• Never place a frozen mould in a preheated oven. Place the frozen mould in a cold oven and allow the mould and oven to warm up at the same time.

Cleaning

• Rinse and dry all products thoroughly before first use.
• After cooking, leave the mould to cool for a few minutes before rinsing or soaking in water.
• To remove stubborn residues, leave the mould to cool, fill with warm water and washing-up liquid and leave to soak for 10 - 20 minutes.
• When cleaning in the dishwasher, always run through the complete rinse cycle.
