This Opinel set offers two practical paring knives. The blades are made of non-stainless, but long cutting carbon steel. To avoid discoloration of the blade, especially after cutting acidic foods, the knife should always be cleaned immediately after use. The handles are made of beech wood, as usual with the well-known Opinel pocket knives. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
