Riess CLASSIC - Nature Blue - Casserole with Lid 18 cm
The casserole is the conically shaped version of the Riess enamel casserole with two enamel handles. There are a total of three sizes from 1.5 to 3.5 liters. The rim of the saucepans has a robust chrome rim.
The lids of the cooking pots lie well on the pot and act as energy monitors: as soon as the pot lid starts to rattle, it's time to reduce the heat and thus save electricity. Depending on the stove, it can be switched off completely about 5 minutes before the end of cooking, since enamel stores the heat for a long time. Therefore, we strongly recommend using pot holders to lift the saucepans and lids, as the enamel handles also retain heat. The advantage of the enamel handles, however, is that you can safely slide the pot into the oven to keep it warm.
