Riess CLASSIC - Nature Blue Dark - Casserole dish

As the name suggests, our casserole dish is suitable for all kinds of casseroles, but also for ham and lasagne, but of course also for baking fruit cake or strudel and much more. It is available in different sizes and colors and is made of robust enamel. The rim of the casserole dish is rounded - beaded rim in enamel language - the metal is bent to create a round and stable rim. The casserole dish can be used in any oven. But beware: always use oven mitts.

The material enamel consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.

Thanks to the iron core, the heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking and baking.

The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamel crockery will last for a long time and retain its typical shine.
