With this cookie cutter, you can easily cut out the top and bottom of the popular Linzer biscuits and bring them easily and safely onto the baking sheet with the integrated ejector. To cut out the Linzer base (and to clean it) you can divide the cookie cutter into three parts (inner part, outer ring and holder). With the outer ring you can now cut out the lower parts for the Linzer biscuits. Now bake both pieces and cover with a little jelly, jam, frosting or nut nougat cream - done.
