The triangle aroma grater is a true expert for processing intense natural flavors highly sophisticated. Ginger, garlic, horseradish or lemon are turned into mousse in no time and can be spread in a very subtile manner. The common "fibre problem" when grating ginger is no topic at all for this grater as it just leaves the ginger fibres behind.
The handling of the aroma grater is as easy as it gets: Ginger & co. is pulled over the plastic teeth of the grater with light pressure until the required portion is achieved. For taking off the grated good you just need to push up the stainless steel cover. Then just wipe off the mousse with a kitchen knife. For cleaning just rinse with water or put it into the dishwasher.
For Christmas bakery the aroma grater is able to give "that special something" to common cookie dough by flavouring the natural way with fresh lemon or ginger. It can also be used for thickening soups or sauces with raw potatoes.
