The single-edged chopping knife from triangle enables precise, controlled work in the kitchen. The two ergonomically shaped handles ensure safe handling and optimal power transmission – ideal for fatigue-free chopping and mincing.
The chopping knife can be used to quickly and easily chop herbs, nuts, garlic cloves, and other ingredients into fine or coarse pieces. The single-edged blade allows for particularly controlled cuts and clean results.
The high-quality stainless steel blade stays sharp for a long time and can be easily resharpened if necessary. Each chopping knife is handcrafted and carefully sharpened on a grinding belt.
To maintain the sharpness of the blade, we recommend gentle cleaning by hand under running water.
