The Windmühlenmeser Santoku is a universal knife from the Trio series and is ideal for all fish, meat and vegetable preparations. The wide, 165 mm long blade with its slightly curved edge glides effortlessly through the cut material, which is portioned cleanly and expertly. The blade of this Windmühlenmesser Santoku is made of an exceptionally high-quality, non-stainless carbon steel, hardened to approx. 58 HRC by hand blue-ground (special fine grinding) and manufactured according to the principle of "Solingen thin grinding". The handle made of honey-colored, steamed cherry wood lies comfortably in the hand and allows fatigue-free work. Do not clean Windmühlen knives in the dishwasher, oil the handle with Herder wood care oil from time to time.
