Die Bistro-Salz/Pfeffermühle gilt als Symbol für traditionelle Tischkultur, in einem modernen Farbton, der dem aktuellen Dekorgeschmack entspricht.Höhe: 10cmMaterial: Holz1810-1880 vom Schichtstahl zur Kaffeemühle Alles begann in einem kleinen Ort Namens Hérimoncourt in der französischen Region Doubs, in der PEUGEOT-Mühle in der Region Sous-Cratet. Im Jahre 1812 konnten Jean-Frédéric und Jean-Pierre Peugeot die erforderliche Genehmigung vom Polizeipräfekten beschaffen, um ihre Mühle in eine Fabrik für Formpreßstahl umzuwandeln, um dort Sägeblätter, Uhrenfedern und polierten zylindrischen Stahl herzustellen - damit war das erste Unternehmen der "Peugeot-Frères" (die Brüder Peugeot) gegründet.Im Jahre 1818 haben beide dann ihr erstes Patent für die Herstellung von Sägen angemeldet und wurden dadurch zu Vorboten einer neuen Epoche der Werkzeugherstellung. Da die Sägezähne an den Rachen eines Löwen erinnerten und damit an Kraft, Ausdauer, Schnelligkeit und Beweglichkeit, wurde dieses Image vom Jahr 1850 an auf Sägeblättern eingraviert, als Kennzeichen des Herstellers. Das entsprechende Patent wurde im Jahr 1858 angemeldet und eingetragen.Im Jahr 1840 wurde die Kaffeemühle von PEUGEOT das wichtigste Gerät in der Küche. Dadurch wurde dann für eine ganze Reihe von Haushaltsgeräten der Weg geebnet: Bügeleisen, Fleischwolf, Nähmaschine, Waschmaschine, .... ganz zu schweigen von der berühmten PEUGEOT Pfeffermühle, die seitdem hergestellt wird.
