The square serving pan Kerros is made of heavy-duty cast aluminum with a wall thickness of 5 mm. A key quality feature is the 6-star Greblon Non-Stick C3+ coating by Weilburger, Germany. This triple-layer, ceramic-reinforced non-stick surface provides excellent release properties, high scratch resistance, and outstanding abrasion resistance.
The Kerros serving pan is suitable for gas, glass-ceramic, electric, and induction stovetops. It is oven-safe up to 180°C and dishwasher-safe. The heat-resistant glass lid features an aroma knob that allows you to add liquid (such as wine) while cooking or braising—without lifting the lid.
