Make consistently thick and creamy ice cream at home with this Ice Cream Maker Attachment for your KitchenAid Stand Mixer. Experiment with making all kinds of delicious and fun frozen desserts. Make ice cream, gelato, sorbet and frozen yogurt in small batches with your own flavors and textures. As well as being fun for kids, the device is a great device for dinner parties and weekend treats with a capacity of up to 1.9 litres. How does it work? Simply freeze the bowl in the freezer (preferably overnight for at least 16 hours) and then use the included stirrer on the drive unit to prepare the dessert. Before you indulge in this optional blender attachment, please verify that the 7" high x 11" wide x 8.5" deep freezer bowl will fit in your freezer. Keeping the bowl in your freezer at all times allows you to be spontaneous and make quick frozen desserts on a whim. Not dishwasher safe; hand wash with warm soapy water. The ice cream bowl is compatible with all KitchenAid tilting head stand mixers except the 5KSM3 model. It is also compatible with all bowl lift stand mixers except the 5KPM5, 5KPM50 and 5K5 models.
